We feel it is very important to talk personally with the individual or party leader about the hunt(s) you are interested in. We encourage questions prior to booking your hunt. So, let’s have a good phone visit about your needs, expectations, special requirements, budget and any and all issues that are important to all of us. If you want to book a hunt, please give us a call and we will check availability and hold the hunt date you want. Upon receipt of your deposit we will forward back to you an acknowledgement/confirmation package with all necessary license information, contracts, equipment lists, etc.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Our hunting lease balances are due prior to any hunting activity on our ranches therefore the deposit must cover the cost of the landowner permit which will be approximately 65 % of your hunt with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

We also offer a 3 payment option on early bookings: 1/3 deposit - 1/3 due March 15th  & 1/3 due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept personal checks for deposits and hunt balances 30 days prior to arrival. We do NOT accept credit cards, personal or company checks as final payment on arrival. Cash, Travelers Checks or Cashiers Checks are required for final payment on arrival. Make any and all payments payable to S.D.T.O.

General Information:
All you will need to furnish is a valid hunting license, weapon, (sleeping bag, where required), and personal items. We can use 4WD vehicles for transportation in the majority of our areas, so most of the elk and deer hunting won’t involve horses. You should be prepared to walk at your own pace at least 2 to 3 miles per day in moderate terrain. We have some great areas for hunters with walking limitations. When booking please let us know your health and physical condition to assure you of a safe and enjoyable hunt. We are bonded and insured with maximum liability coverage for the protection of our clients. Hunt deposits represent reservation of space that is then unavailable to other hunters and are not refundable. Deposits are transferable to replace canceled hunters. Deposit(s) may also be applied to the following year.
